¿Con ganas de comerse una buena lasaña (Pasticho)?
Al hacer mi presentación de steemit dije que me gustaba la cocina y así es, hay épocas que mi imaginación está en su mejor momento y me invento comidas diferentes por varios días, pero hay otras que preparo lo básico eso sí con muchas ganas.
Ayer fue uno de esos días que me provocó comer pasticho o también llamada lasaña tenía mucho tiempo que no lo hacía y eran tantas las ganas que creo que es el mejor que hice.
La receta del pasticho es la que todos conocemos, lo hice muy tradicional y quedó genial; sólo olvide un detalle que fue documentar el paso a paso, pero lo importante es el resultado.
