Hola amigos, este es un tema interesante que me gustaría compartir con Uds, tanto para las personas que tengan hijos pequeños como para un profesional de la docencia en básica. Soy maestra, con 25 años de experiencia y tengo la plena convicción que todo docente debe hacer uso de estrategias innovadoras que responda a las necesidades e intereses de sus alumnos, para que así logre un aprendizaje significativo en ellos.

"La teoría del aprendizaje significativo fue desarrollada por David Ausubel (1918–2008), un psicólogo estadounidense que realizó importantes aportes al constructivismo. Quiere decir entonces, que para llevar a cabo cualquier planificación el docente debe realizar un diagnóstico de sus alumnos, con el fin de determinar sus conocimientos previos y sus intereses, para que así pueda obtener resultados óptimos y confiables. Si hay algo en que los niños o niñas muestran inclinaciones hoy en día, además del uso de las tic´s, también está el gusto por los trabajos manuales, ya que está área o disciplina les ofrece un abanico de oportunidades a todos, debido que les permite mostrar sus talentos y cualidades que no pueden ser visto a través de una pizarra o una evaluación escrita y por ende, se experimenta una comunicación más eficaz, expresarse sin filtros entre su mundo interior y su entorno, además que las clases se hacen más dinámicas, participativas y motivadoras. Afianzando los valores humanos, como compartir, solidaridad, apoyo, entre otros Es indudable entonces decir, que es una herramienta valiosa que dispone el docente para lograr en sus discípulos, alcancen un aprendizaje significativo. En mi práctica como docente, puedo expresar con orgullo, que éstos representan los encuentros y experiencias más hermosas vividas en mis 25 años de servicio, ya que en cada una de esos momentos, tuve la oportunidad de conocer a cada uno de mis niños desde otro punto de vista, interactuando con armonía, reforzando lazos de paz, solidaridad y compañerismo. Gracias doy a ellos por enseñarme, que es posible el uso de otras estrategias para potenciar su creatividad y sus talentos, y por ende que cada niño sea feliz con lo que hace. Ser maestro no es una opción es una pasión.

Que bueno que ames la docencia, hay que tener aparte de pasión vocación, no es tarea sencilla tener en sus manos la educación escolar de los niños, un buen docente puede estimular y llevar a un niño al éxito, un mal docente puede conseguir todo lo contrario. Felicidades.
