CHALLENGE/RETO: LOOKING FOR DELEGATIONS/BUSCANDO DELEGACIONES.-

I'm going to propose another challenge because I find it interesting to know what people think within steemit and especially those people of the Hispanic community.

A few days ago I made a post saying that in the Hispanic community we need more whales and that the only way to achieve this is that the other communities want to support us, especially English speakers, who certainly don't see us as good business, but they are wrong because they forget that Hispanics are the second majority in steemit, and if they help us grow with important delegations in a short time they will also benefit because among Hispanics what we have are good ideas and projects, people prepared to carry them out and hard workers for the platform and for the good of he community, providing not only quality post but also ideas so that we all have the possibility to grow. In addition, they will find a new place of investment to obtain greater profits.

But the truth is that good ideas, good projects without economic support become totally utopian.

The idea of ​​this challenge, read us or not, is to made a call to all those powerful people through a post and tell them why is the best idea to invest in us and what we would do if we have for example a delegation of 250000 SP.

In my case, I would obviously not neglect my personal account since it would be a unique possibility to grow. To say otherwise would be hypocritical. But I would apply what I call the REVEUR philosophy, helping and educating users to make good use and not abusing of steemit.

Personally, I am very interested in growing the projects and ideas that we have in 4cuentos, which we created together with @fanisk @valki and @elguille that besides working on steemit we are working on the creation of websites with the idea that Through them, among other things, let us know more the platform and attract new users to it.

Examples of this is the Marketplace project that is developing @elguille in which we will provide anyone with an account in steemit to sell digital assets: books, music, illustrations, 3d characters, among others, within an attractive platform and use friendly with the user and with low commissions, stimulating in this way the exchange of Steem and SBD for goods and services and keeping them in the platform. It should be noted that this project is about to be completed and that in a short time we will start with the testing phase with some steemit users.

We are also about to start working to create an editorial website for the publication of books, where we will also make compilations of the best works by the writers of steemit to give them visibility beyond the platform and where we will also inform about the challenges and contests from 4cuentos, which will be developed in steemit and looking for new users to join the platform.

In this way, we will create a showcase for authors, identified with steemit, who generate quality material so that they are known beyond this social network, but always related to it, and at the same time trying for those who demonstrate greater quality as authors, give in the future, the possibility of publishing books in paper version, being this, then, in addition to a showcase for the authors, also a showcase for steemit, making them approach it more and more users, thus creating a virtuous circle that will benefit the authors and steemit.

All this, and of course countless projects that are still at the level of ideas to develop.

In these cases, from 4cuentos we commit ourselves that a percentage of the profits of those projects will be used to increase the SP of the account and improve it to further benefit of the literary content and in other occasions to help related projects.

So the first thing I would do, if allowed, is to give 25000 SP of that delegation to 4cuentos and thus expand and distribute better the wealth within steemit and be able to reward more and better the work of the excellent and talented writers that we have in the community.

On the other hand, being both me and 4cuentos part of REVEUR, created by @nnnarvaez, which does an excellent job for the Hispanic community as steemit, and always with the ethics ahead, I would add a percentage following it with my vote in their curations through any of the bots created by him, and I would give an important support for quality projects, not only of narvaez, but also of those new ones that are proposed within REVEUR and that have for philosophy not only the personal growth of who he proposes them but they tend to help the community within steemit.

Well, this is what the challenge is about. Show to the powerful people of steemit that we are the best community to invest in and that we not only stand out for being the second majority. Demonstrate that we are capable of working responsibly and benefiting the platform, creating products and services for the benefit of the users quality using the chain of blocks in a responsible manner and seeing steemit as a way to launch and showcase their art.

Voy a proponer otro reto porque me resultan interesantes para saber que piensa la gente dentro de steemit y sobre todo obviamente los de la comunidad hispana.

Hace unos días hice un post diciendo que en la comunidad hispana hacen falta mas ballenas y que la única forma de lograrlo es que nos quieran apoyar poderosos de otras comunidades, sobre todo los de habla inglesa, que ciertamente no ven como un buen negocio a nuestra comunidad, pero se equivocan porque olvidan que los hispanos somos la segunda mayoría dentro de steemit, y que si nos ayudan a crecer, con delegaciones importantes, en no muy largo plazo se beneficiaran porque entre los hispanos lo que sobra son buenas ideas y proyectos y personas preparadas para llevarlas a cabo y que trabajan mucho dentro de la plataforma para el bien de la misma y de la comunidad, brindando no solo post de calidad sino también ideas para que todos tengamos posibilidad de crecer. Ademas, encontraran un nuevo lugar de inversión para obtener mayores ganancias.

Pero lo cierto, es que las buenas ideas, los buenos proyectos sin apoyo económico se tornan totalmente utópicos.

La idea de este reto, nos lean o no, es dirigirnos a esos poderosos a través de un post de steemit y decirles porque somos interesantes para invertir en nosotros y que haríamos en caso de tener por ejemplo una delegación de 250000 SP.

En mi caso, no descuidaría obviamente mi cuenta personal ya que seria una posibilidad única para crecer. Decir lo contrario seria una hipocresía. Pero aplicaría lo que llamo la filosofía REVEUR, ayudando y educando a los usuarios para hacer un buen uso y no abuso de steemit.
Personalmente estoy muy interesado en hacer crecer los proyectos e ideas que tenemos dentro de 4cuentos, que creamos junto con @fanisk @valki y @elguille con los cuales ademas de trabajar en steemit estamos trabajando en la creación de sitios web con la idea de que a través de ellos, entre otras cosas, hagamos conocer a la plataforma y atraer a la misma nuevos usuarios.
Ejemplos de esto es el proyecto Marketplace que se encuentra desarrollando @elguille en el que brindaremos a cualquier persona que tenga cuenta en steemit poder vender activos digitales: libros, música, ilustraciones, personajes 3d, entre otras, dentro de una plataforma atractiva y de uso amigable con el usuario y con comisiones bajas, incentivándose de esta manera el intercambio de Steem y SBD por bienes y servicios y manteniéndolos dentro de la plataforma. Cabe destacar que este proyecto esta a punto de ser finalizado y que en breve tiempo comenzaremos con la fase de pruebas con algunos usuarios de steemit.
También estamos por iniciar a trabajar para crear un sitio web editorial para la publicación de libros, donde ademas haremos recopilaciones de las mejores presentaciones de los escritores de steemit para darles visibilidad mas allá de la plataforma y donde ademas informaremos sobre los retos y concursos que haga 4cuentos, los cuales se desarrollaran dentro de steemit y buscando así se sumen nuevos usuarios a la plataforma.

De esta manera, crearemos una vitrina para autores, identificados con steemit, que generan material de calidad para que sean conocidos mas allá de esta red social, pero siempre relacionados con ella, e intentando a la vez, para aquellos que demuestren mayor calidad como autores dar en el futuro la posibilidad de publicar libros en versión de papel, siendo esto, entonces, ademas de una vitrina para los autores, también una vitrina para steemit, haciendo que se acerquen a la misma cada vez mas cantidad de usuarios, creando así un circulo virtuoso del que se beneficiaran los autores y steemit.
Todo esto, ademas de innumerables proyectos que aun están al nivel de las ideas para desarrollar.
En estos casos, desde 4cuentos nos comprometemos a que el 20% de las ganancias de esos proyectos se utilizaran para aumentar el SP de la cuenta para beneficiar aun mas al contenido literario y para la ayuda a proyectos relacionados.
Así que lo primero que haría, en caso de permitirse, es ceder 25.000 SP de esa delegación a 4cuentos y así expandir y distribuir mejor la riqueza dentro de steemit y poder premiar mas y de mejor manera a los excelentes y talentos escritores que tenemos dentro de la comunidad.

Por otro lado, siendo parte tanto yo como 4cuentos de REVEUR, creado por @nnnarvaez, que hace un trabajo excelente por la comunidad hispana como por steemit, y siempre con la ética por delante, me sumaria con un porcentaje siguiéndolo con mi voto en sus curaciones a través de alguno de los bots por él creados y daría un apoyo importante para los proyectos de calidad, no solo de narvaez, sino también de aquellos nuevos que sean propuestos dentro de REVEUR y que tengan por filosofía no solo el crecimiento personal de quien los propone sino que tiendan a ayudar a la comunidad dentro de steemit.

Bueno, de esto se trata el reto. Mostrar a los poderosos de steemit que somos interesantes para invertir en nosotros y que no solo nos destacamos por ser la segunda mayoría. Demostrar que somos capaces de trabajar con responsabilidad y beneficiando a la plataforma, creando productos y servicios en beneficio de la calidad de los usuarios, que usen la cadena de bloques de manera responsable y que vean a steemit como una forma de lanzamiento y vitrina de su arte.
Si sabes ingles seria interesante que publiques tu participación en ambos idiomas y que de este reto participen muchas personas y se haga viral para que inevitablemente llegue a ser leído por quienes estamos interesados que lo hagan.
