TORTA EN BAÑO DE MARÍA
Hola amigos de steemit les quiero contar que se me daño mi horno y necesitaba hacer una torta, para la merienda de la familia.
Lo primero que hice fue tomar las indicaciones que me recomendó mi amiga de stemit @jennimorillo, para hacer una mezcla para torta en la licuadora, les cuento que fue espectacular, súper práctico.
Luego tome el envase que utilizo para hacer mis quesillos y lo acaramele, le introduje la mezcla para torta y lo coloque en una olla en baño de maría durante dos horas. Siempre pendiente que la olla tuviera agua.
Al cumplir este tiempo lo desmolde enseguida, antes que se enfriara.
Y listo lo disfrutamos en familia, valió la pena.

Que rico se ve esa torta! dichosos quienes la disfrutaron. Lo tendré en cuenta por si algún día se me daña mi horno, aunque no soy yo quien la hace pero por lo menos se como se hace sin horno. Saludos @marycaro2012!.
