Quiche lorraine
Ingredientes:
• 1 huevo.
• 200gr. De crema de leche.
• Jamón o tocino en cuadros.
• Sal y pimienta al gusto.
• Láminas de masa para hornear (de acuerdo a la cantidad que desee hacer).
Preparación:
• En un molde se coloca una capa de masa para hornear.
• Aparte en un bol colocas todos los ingredientes y se mezcla hasta que quede completamente homogénea la masa.
• Después se coloca en el molde que habías preparado con la masa.
• Luego colocas otra capa de la masa para cerrar el molde.
• y se hornea de 20 a 25 min. A 200•c
Esa es una quiche lorraine tradicional de francia.
