Chicha of Homemade Rice.
Hello everyone today I bring you a recipe very censilla, we can do at home it is chicha rice that can be made without many ingredients and easy to make for the little ones in the house and also for the not so small.

INGREDIENTS:
-Water.
-Rice.
-Sugar.
-Cinnamon.
-Liquid, powdered or condensed milk (as you prefer).
As here in Venezuela it is difficult to buy a kilo of milk, they prepare it with the first ingredients.
Preparation methods:
1- In a cauldron you put a liter of water or more if you want.
2- Add the rice once it has been washed, let it boil for a while.
3- Once boiled add the sugar and cinnamon and when it has a soft consistency it turns it off and lets it rest, of course it leaves it with a little water.
4- Start liquefying and if you have any type of milk, liquid, powder or condensed you will have a rich chicha of rice.
