INTRODUCTION

Today, the football industry is the world's largest revenue generator in the field of sport. There are around 3.5 billion fans on the planet, many of whom are really passionate about their favourite sport and are increasingly demanding interactivity with their teams. It's not enough to watch or enjoy a live soccer match between your favorite teams. These fans want to get directly involved in the game and test their knowledge of the game anywhere in the world with other fans.

There are now a few points of sale on offer, which fans can now use to engage directly with their passion for football with a real-time football action. Included are: football betting and football platforms in the fantasy league, offering fans the sense of inclusion they passionately seek; as well as convenient engagement through easily accessible online platforms.

Fantasy football games include users who register on online platforms to create virtual teams made up of real players who actively participate in professional football. The different teams created by the users compete against each other, using real-life player statistics; the statistics of the players on each user team are added together to obtain a base score, which is used to determine the winners of the competition.

In this sense, Stryking was created to specialize in the engagement and monetization of sports fans by combining the real and the virtual and creating genuine opportunities for interaction for fans, stars and brands. Stryking uses the innovative fantasy sports platform Football-Stars1, an exciting and diverse online gaming experience and mobile platforms for football fans worldwide.

For fans, the opportunity arises to become coaches and managers, create their own dream teams with real players and compete against other fans in daily leagues and competitions. The results are calculated from the actual performance data of the players in the real leagues.

Today, fantasy sports platforms centrally provide different fantasy leagues and competitions for users to choose from. Operators limit content, award criteria and user participation costs.

In this sense, Stryking will give fans the opportunity not only to participate in pre-defined games, but also to give fans the tools and freedom to design their own fantasy sports content and competitions.

THE TOKEN: STRYKZZ

STRYKZ is the token that will be presented and offered by Stryking with an intelligent contract based on the Ethereum ERC-20 specifications. The STRYKZ token will enable safe and traceable game operations and benefits from start to finish on the all-star football platform. The football platform of the stars is currently managed with a free game system.

The monetisation model and the STRYKZ token will be introduced alongside the existing virtual model with coins and star loyalty points. Any use of the STRYKZ token in Football-Stars requires prior registration of a user account and is subject to the terms of use of the STRYKZ token and its features which will be specified at a later date in connection with the STRYKZ token.

The distribution of STRYKZ will be through various activities with a clear intention to quickly generate a high level of interest and participation in the platform. The initial supply of the token will be limited according to the specifications in the white paper, and future distribution of existing tokens will be strictly monitored and executed with the explicit purpose of broadening the user base and increasing the activity of existing token holders.

OUR BUSINESS: TIME FOR EXPANSION

Star football is played live on the web with native applications on iOS and Android. Currently for the 2017/18 season we will focus on growth with strong national and international partners.

Advertising is being done through the different media to join partners who already have access to the public fans of football.


By May 2017, we signed a strategic partnership with kicker2, Germany's largest football magazine with approximately 7 million unique monthly users on its digital channels. "Kicker powered soccer stars" was launched for the 2017 season and was promoted throughout the season to bring new users to play the game.

The association is working with regular editorial articles, as well as with different advertising campaigns throughout the year that generated more than 15 million euros.

In addition, active users show a strong commitment to the game with an average of more than 2 logins per user per day and more than 250 page impressions generated per user per month on average. Generating a continuous growth of users in the German-speaking community based on the kicker association and we are trying to replicate this type of association also in the international markets.

Subsequently, a second phase was started with the German digital pay-TV channel sportdigital.tv, which broadcasts football matches from 10 different international leagues 24 hours a day.

"Digital Sports Stars - The Football Challenge" allows fans to play a specially adapted version of Football-Stars with the daily newspaper of the football leagues with a sportdigital licence, such as the Chinese Super League, the Japanese J1 League, the South American Libertadores Cup or Dutch Eredivisie. To keep users informed, sportdigital produces and broadcasts a weekly television program about the latest challenges. Spectators are of the upcoming challenges, as well as expert opinions on the perspectives of various teams and players. The sportdigital TV package is completed with classic TV formats such as commercials and co-presentations.

At the same time, we are in negotiations with other clubs, leagues and Bundesliga rights, as well as more national and international media and other football communities worldwide.
