Torta de pan 🍰
La torta de pan se prepara con el pan viejo que ya no sirve, ni para mojar con el café con leche 😄 es una receta clásica de nuestra cocina Venezolana, es famosa y se hace de incontables formas. Muchas personas hacen torta de pan sin medirse por una receta, sino con los ingredientes que dispone, desde que las panaderías se instalaron en Caracas, las tortas de pan se hicieron famosas, ahora son parte de nuestros hogares.
La forma como se prepara es simple, sin embargo, hay variantes según los agregados que le añadan distintas tradiciones familiares.
Se le combina con queso blanco rallado, preferiblemente llanero, luego se le añado pasas y vainilla para aromatizarla, dando una estructura suave, melosa y deliciosa.
