6 Cosas antes de empezar a invertir 💸
1 - CREA UN FONDO DE EMERGENCIA: Primero lo primero, las emergencias siempre pueden suceder, asi que preparate para que estas no vayan a descarrilar tu plan financiero.
2 - CONOCE TU FLUJO DE CAJA: Un presupuesto es un plan de flujo de caja y te permitirá saber cuánto puedes gastar, ahorrar e invertir cada mes.
3 - PAGA DEUDAS: Minimiza o elimina deudas, especialmente las de tarjetas de crédito. Pagar menos en intereses es como una ganancia de inversión.
4 - VIGILA TU PATRIMONIO NETO: El patrimonio debe ser tu métrica número 1 cuando estás construyendo tu riqueza. Es el número que realmente importa. Para calcularlo es tomar el total de activos (efectivo disponible, propiedades, etc.) y restarle tus pasivos (deudas), el resultado es tu patrimonio personal, es decir, tu riqueza.
5 - DEFINE OBJETIVOS Y PRIORIDADES: Entiende por qué estás invirtiendo. Te mantendrá motivado y enfocado en lograr tus objetivos sin importar los obstáculos.
6 - ENTIENDE LO BÁSICO: Asegúrate de conocer términos como acciones, bonos, fondos, diversificación, volatilidad, riesgo y otros conceptos basicos.
