Tanta ansiedad por parte de los participantes de todos los talleres donde asistía al realizar la dinámica de verse en un segundo plano o más allá en un tercer plano o nivel. Solo con un modelo básico sin mucho protocolo pararnos derechos e ir luego de una breve concentración a ese nivel donde te puedes ver tal como eres, a veces te ves frágil, de espalda a todos, bravo, amargado, feliz, derrotado, acorralado, sin color, llorando, mirando tus manos, pies y hasta el alma.

Cuando pasamos a observarnos desde la operación de variables de más altitud, es algo tan emocionante es como sentir que ese ser superior que tanto nombramos te observa, y en ese momento puede cambiar todo, te ves y te sientes con más seguridad, quieres abrir los ojos, pero es mejor quedarse tranquilo disfrutando de esa dosis de autoestima, valor y protección. Recuerdes que eres un ser amado, único e irrepetible. Puedes sentir el estado actual y también te lleva al estado deseado, querer seguir los objetivos para alcanzar las metas que durante tantos años has querido.

Puedes sentir ganas de llorar pero la energía que te envuelve y la buena vibra es más fuerte. Veo que muchos no quieren regresar debo con un tono de voz muy suave casi cómo una madre traerlos, con ternura si esa madre no fue lo que se esperaba, si hubo violencia con algún familiar, abandono o simplemente se vive un duelo.

Esa linea del tiempo se vuelve tan importante nos ayuda con ese poder de avanzar que se vuelve necesario. El que vive asociado al tiempo puede lograr más rápido sus objetivos, la linea del tiempo lo envuelve, pero el que anda disociado se quedó en el pasado jugando recreándose en el pasado y le cuesta volver.

Debemos iniciar cambios eso lo escucho en todas las áreas, pero de verdad cambios contundentes, reanudar procesos si es necesario, estar atento con nuestra comunicación, no dejar morir el alma llenado de amargura nuestro ser. Estar atentos de mantener claro nuestros horizontes.

Hoy los veo desde otro nivel, la muerte vino por mí, estoy bien aquí también observando todo lo que me prometía el creador . Preparé a mi familia para este momento, aunque de manera jocosa le explicaba cosas que jamás nos hablan, que nadie nos explica pero es lo más seguro que tenemos...La muerte. Así es, explicar a nuestro seres queridos sobre este otro nivel es algo normal, tenemos más tiempo que si nos inscribimos en la universidad para terminar una carrera universitaria, pasan más años y ese tema no se toca, nuestros seres queridos van a llorar seguro qué si, pero no lo harán hasta perder la razón, no lo harán hasta caer en depresión, demos seguridad a nuestros seres queridos ya sean si son ellos los que se van primero o si somos nosotros los que dejaremos este nivel primero.

Desde este nivel todo se ve más claro, entiendo muchas cosas, no dejemos de aprender pero tampoco de dar de lo aprendido a nuestros seres queridos. Un abrazo desde aquí, estoy bien, mi paz me sigue acompañando, ya vengo me esta llamando mi adorada abuela.

Only with a basic model without much protocol to stand up straight and go after a brief concentration at that level where you can see yourself as you are, sometimes you look fragile, with your back to everyone, brave, bitter, happy, defeated, cornered, colorless, crying, looking at your hands, feet and even your soul.

When we go to observe ourselves from the operation of higher variables, it is something so exciting is like feeling that this superior being that we so much name observes you, and in that moment can change everything, you look and feel more secure, you want to open your eyes, but it is better to stay calm enjoying that dose of self-esteem, courage and protection. Remember that you are a loved one, unique and unrepeatable. You can feel the current state and it also leads you to the desired state, wanting to follow the objectives to achieve the goals you have wanted for so many years.

You can feel like crying but the energy that surrounds you and the good vibe is stronger. I see that many do not want to return must with a very soft tone of voice almost like a mother bring them, with tenderness if that mother was not what was expected, if there was violence with a relative, abandonment or simply living a mourning.

That time line becomes so important it helps us with that power to move forward that becomes necessary. The one who lives associated with time can achieve his objectives faster, the time line wraps him up, but the one who is dissociated stays in the past playing recreationally in the past and it is difficult for him to return.

We must initiate changes that I hear in all areas, but really strong changes, resume processes if necessary, be attentive to our communication, not let the soul die full of bitterness in our being. Be careful to keep our horizons clear.

Today I see them from another level, death came for me, I am well here also observing all that the creator promised me . I prepared my family for this moment, although in a jocular way I explained things to them that never speak to us, that nobody explains to us but it is the safest thing we have...Death. That's right, to explain to our loved ones about this other level is something normal, we have more time than if we register in the university to finish a university career, more years go by and that topic is not touched, our loved ones are going to cry for sure, but they will not do it until they lose their reason, they will not do it until they fall into depression, let's give security to our loved ones whether they are the ones who go first or if we are the ones who will leave this level first.

From this level everything is clearer, I understand many things, do not stop learning but neither give what we learned to our loved ones. A hug from here, I'm fine, my peace is still with me, and I come calling me my beloved grandmother.
