Esta semana quiero compartir nuestro lunes de carnaval, son fiestas que no podemos dejar de disfrutar, algunas religiones no las disfrutan, pero quien se niega a un chapuzon en nuestras playas, observar y admirar tanta inmensidad sumergirnos en emociones que nos llevan donde está ese ser querido, simplemente desear, amar, querer y llevar a cabo cualquier actividad, programar y reiniciar nuestras vidas.

This week I want to share our Monday of carnival, are holidays that we can not stop enjoying, some religions do not enjoy them, but who refuses a dip in our beaches, observe and admire so much immensity immersed in emotions that lead us to where that loved one is, simply desire, love, want and carry out any activity, schedule and restart our lives.

Tener nuestros cincos sentidos atentos, agradecer poder ver, mirar, admirar todo, escuchar voces, el ir y venir de las olas del mar, sentir en nuestra piel y alma el trabajo de nuestro creador en hacer toda esta maravilla, ese sabor saldo del agua del mar oler la combinación de mar aire y arena en ese mundo es gratificante. Encontramos con nosotros mismos en eso cinco o diez minutos que dediquemos en esos momentos de llegar al mar, damos apertura a nuestro agradecimiento por la vida y sobre todo el amor que nos tenemos.

Having our five senses attentive, grateful to be able to see, look, admire everything, hear voices, the coming and going of the waves of the sea, feel in our skin and soul the work of our creator in making all this wonder, that balance taste of sea water smell the combination of sea air and sand in that world is rewarding. We find with ourselves in that five or ten minutes that we dedicate in those moments of arriving at the sea, we give openness to our gratitude for the life and especially the love that we have for each other.

En Venezuela pasamos momentos rudos, imagino que en todo el mundo se pasan cosas, a veces decimos que no podemos salir , que todo está mal, pero de verdad estuve ahorrando por lo que quería ir a la playa, el tema de gasolina, cauchos, batería, repuestos nos tiene preso, pude viajar sin nuestro carro y disfrutar igual. Que no se nos vaya la vida en quejas, amarguras y un sin fin de situaciones que nos alejan de la felicidad.

In Venezuela we have a hard time, I imagine that things happen all over the world, sometimes we say that we can't go out, that everything is wrong, but I was really saving for what I wanted to go to the beach, the issue of gasoline, tires, battery, spare parts has us imprisoned, I could travel without our car and enjoy the same. Let us not lose our lives in complaints, bitterness and an endless number of situations that keep us from happiness.
