🍮***DELICIOSO QUESILLO DE COCO***🍮
Buenas tardes querida familia de steemit por aqui les dejo una deliciosa receta que me enseño mi querida abuela para que se la preparen y la compartan con su familia.
*1 Lata de leche condensada
*1 Lata de crema de coco
*6 Huevos
*Vainilla al gustó
*1Taza de azucar
*1/2 Taza de agua
- Vertir en el molde de la quesillera la taza de azucar,luego colocar la media taza de agua y poner a fuego lento hasta tomar un color caramelo
- Colocar en la licuadora la leche condensada luego añadir la crema de coco y uno a uno los huevos finalmente agregar Vainilla al gusto licuar todo hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea
- Luego vertir la mezcla en el recipiente acaramelado y colocar en baño de maria en el horno previamente calentado a 380° por 45 min
- Finalmente dejar reposar y desmoldar
