Galletas fáciles y rápidas
Hola amigos hoy hice galletitas con esta receta:
Ingredientes:
2 Tazas de harina (280 Gramos)
½ Taza de azúcar (100 Gramos)
125 Gramos de mantequilla
1 huevo
Pasos a seguir:
En un recipiente mezcla bien los ingredientes. También precalienta el horno a 190 ºC para empezar a hacer estas sencillas galletas de mantequilla caseras.
Luego estira la masa con un un rodillo o una botella (mi caso jejeje) en una superficie enharinada hasta que tenga un centímetro de grosor y con un molde de galletas o un vaso haz la forma de las galletas.
Coloca las galletas en un molde engrasado y enharinado. LLévalas al horno de 8 a 15 minutos.
Déjalas enfriar y listo a comerrrrr!!! :p jejejeje
