Tan solo te soñé.

No estuviste en mi vida
aunque mucho lo ansié,
y siempre yo aspiré
darte la bienvenida.

Solo te imaginé
tan cerca cada día,
y tu imagen veía
fomentada en mi fe.

Tan solo te soñé
en mi humilde casita
que supuse bonita,
y así yo te esperé.

Todito lo adorné
con el corazón mío
que se quedó vacío
y así yo seguiré.
