Amo a mi país
Venezuela es un país muy bonito y tiene una gastronomía exquisita. Hoy les voy a presentar algunos platos típicos de este hermoso país. Espero que les guste.
Que dificil es ahora comerse una rica empanada, asi que nos las ingeniamos en casa.

Ingredientes:
3 tazas de harina de maíz.
1 taza de harina de trigo.
Sal al gusto.
1 pisca de azúcar.
Un poco de carne, queso o lo que quieran de relleno.
Luego simplemente mezclan todo y las fríen por unos 10 minutos.
Para que el gusto sea 100% venezolano no puede faltar la rica malta bien fria. En estos tiempos es un gustazo.
Tambien nos pusimos a inventar y logramos preparar unas ricas arepitas dulces.
Ingredientes:
2 tazas de harina de trigo.
2 cucharadas de azucar.
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
Agua.
mezclamos todos los ingredientes secos, cuando este todo bien incorporado vamos echando agua poco a poco asta que ya no se pegue a las manos. Luego simplemente le asemos cualquier figura y las ponemos en un budare por unos 20 minutos aproximadamente.
Y así devén quedar, con la creatividad de los niños en esta maravillosa presentación.
