La mejor medicina para el Stress....
Cuando estés ful estress, no existe otra medicina mejor que los deportes extremos.... De una u otra manera te distraen de los problemas y del mundo en que vivimos hoy por hoy....
En el caso del Karting... La adrenalina por la alta velocidad, la emoción de alcanzar a tu primo y cruzar la meta de primero... Hacen que te olvides de los problemas que puedas tener, al menos por las 10 vueltas que dura la ruta.
Por otro lado, si tienes mucho estrees nada como el paracaidismo, el miedo que da si es la primera vez que lo haces. Puedes estar seguro de que te quitara pensamientos malos y negativos que te tengan mal. y luego estando arriba la tranquilidad que genera es algo gratificante.
Así que deja el miedo y el estress... haz algún deporte extremo, te lo recomiendo es buenísimo para el alma y la vida. Ademas sera algún tema de conversación en algún momento.
