Dulce de plátano venezolano..
Hola mi gente de steemit como todos los días hoy les traigo una receta muy típica de Barquisimeto, Venezuela esto lo coloco para las personas que quieran probar algo diferente de otros países o los platos típicos que nos brinda cada país .
Por eso cada día me gusta compartir algo diferente que ustedes puedan intentar hacer en sus casas, hoy les quiero enseñar cómo hacer un fabuloso dulce de plátano el cual es muy simple y rápido de hacer.
Los ingredientes que necesitaran para hacer este dulce son los siguientes:
• 5 platanos maduros picados en rodajas
• 1 taza de agua
• ¼ de mantequilla
• ½ kg de azúcar
• Clavos de olor
• Canela entera o en polvo
Para su preparación:
Solo debes buscar una olla y colocarla en el fuego luego coloca allí la mantequilla y deja que se derrita después añade lo platanos ya previamente picados y la azúcar debes dejar que se dore sin dejar que se quemen.
Luego agrega los clavos de olor y la canela después debes agregar el agua y revolver bien hasta que se valla poniendo espeso y se valla formando el caramelo.
Y listo ya tendrás tu dulce rápido y fácil amigos, espero intenten hacerlo.
