Curso de git #2 - Instalando Git
Hola espero que se encuentren muy bien!🤗 🤗
En este nuevo post, seguimos con el curso de git, en esta parte les explicare como lo instalamos en nuestro computador personal.
Como saben git lo podemos usar desde una consola de comandos, o desde una interfaz gráfica que hay muchas hoy en día en diferentes plataformas, pero para mi es importante que aprendamos desde cero como se usa, y por eso vamos a descargarnos el software de git para usar en nuestra consola de comandos, ya sea si tenemos windows, mac o linux, en mi caso lo descargaré para osX.
Lo primero que hacemos es dar click en el siguiente link una vez estemos en la página oficial de git, nos dirigimos a la parte de descarga de git, como vemos en la siguiente imagen...
Luego de esto seleccionamos nuestro sistema operativo como vemos en la imagen...
Luego de dar click la descarga empezará y una vez tengamos el archivo descargado damos click en el, en mi caso es un .dmg pero si usan windows les saldrá un .exe
Luego damos click en el archivo .pkg
Y seguimos la instalación normal de nuestro software, como se ve en la imagen...
Si todo sale bien nos sale algo como esto...
Bien, ahora ya tenemos instalado git, para probar abrimos una terminal de comando y escribimos lo siguiente en la consola...
git --version
Si nos sale la version, significa que la instalación fue exitosa y estamos listos para empezar a usar el mejor software de control de versiones usado hoy en día por la mayoría de desarrolladores de software en el mundo.
Bueno chicos, eso es todo... espero que lo instalen y verifiquen su version para comenzar a usarlo
