Buenas Tardes mundo!, hoy quiero compartirles uno de mis proyectos arquitectónicos que desarrollé como parte de mis estudios universitarios, es un Centro Cívico de carácter Educativo.

Ahora, ¿Que es un Centro Cívico?

Es una edificación, que ademas de ser pública, funciona como un centro donde la población puede acudir para enriquecerse ya sea de forma cultural, educativa, deportiva, etc.

Y este, ¿En que consiste?

Este es de carácter educativo, orientado principalmente a la educación climática. Cuenta con un centro de investigación, varias aulas de teoría, otras tantas para trabajos prácticos, un auditorio, residencias estudiantiles, y lo que mas me gusta a mi... Tunel de viento!!!!

¿Y que hay de su forma?

Bueno, tiene una forma similar a una herradura, y su mitad esta orientada hacia el nor-este, Pero,¿Porque una Herradura y porque hacia el nor-este? yo vivo en Venezuela, y aquí el viento, durante la mayor parte del tiempo proviene de esa dirección (cuestiones del clima local, la rotación de la tierra, etc), y tiene esa forma porque las curvas permiten que el viento pase al rededor de ellas sin alterar demasiado su paso normal, por lo que el edificio se ventilaría muy fácil tanto por fuera como por dentro.

Good afternoon world !, today I want to share with you one of my architectural projects that I developed as part of my university studies, it is a Civic Center of an Educational nature. Now, what is a Civic Center? It is a building, which in addition to being public, works as a center where the population can go to enrich themselves in different ways such like cultural, educational ,sports, etc. And this one, what does it consist of? This one is educational, oriented mainly to climate education. It has a research center, several theory classrooms, many others for practical work, an auditorium, student residences, and what I like the most ... a wind tunnel !!!! And what about its shape? Well, it has a shape similar to a horseshoe, and its center is leaded to the north-east, But, Why a Horseshoe and why to the north-east? I live in Venezuela, and here the wind, for most of the time comes from that direction (issues of local weather, the rotation of the earth, etc.), and has that shape because the curves allow the wind pass around them without altering their normal course too much, so the building would be very easy to ventilate both outside and inside.
