Pabellón Margariteño
Hola comunidad como estan, hoy les vengo con este post de comida, saben que venezuela esta el popular plato tradicional conocido como el pabellón criollo que consta de arroz, carne mechada, caraota y tajada (platano frito). Pero en esta ocasion no es el típico pabellón criollo sino una variación de este exquisito plato el cual se ve en el oriente del país como lo es la isla de margarita mi bello hogar, aquí preparan el pabellón margariteño que consta de los mismos ingredientes del ya mencionado plato típico venezolado pero cambiando la carne mechada por pescado como el cazón.
