400gr de harina de trigo leudante , 1 huevo , 3 cucharadas de azúcar , 3 cucharadas de aceite, 1 cucharadita de levadura y una taza de leche liquida unir todo amasar bien pasarla a un mesón enharinado y seguir amasando luego colocas la masa en un bol por media hora para que repose, mientras tanto la crema la hice así : en una taza de leche le coloque 3 yemas de huevo , 6 cucharadas de azúcar, 4 cucharadas de maizina y un chorrito de vainilla batir y llevar al fuego cuando empiece a hervir deja 2 minutos mas removiendo y listo se apaga y deja enfriar . Ya pasada la media hora haces unas arepitas y la fries en abundante aceite dejas enfriar y rellenas listo.
