Versión 2015 cambios e impacto en los SGC/ Version 2015 changes and impact on QMS
The ISO reviews its standards every five years in order to keep them updated and relevant to the market. The ISO 9001: 2015 standard shows changes at the level of the structure to unify it in relation to the other ISO standards, in order to make it easier to use. The changes in this latest update are based on the importance given to risk, the requirement to update the Quality Manual and the designation of a Management Representative are eliminated, the documentation is simplified and the terminology is adjusted, between other highlights. In this sense, in figure 1 a summary of the changes.

Posibles retos y desafíos a asumir las organizaciones ante la ISO 9001:2015
Las organizaciones hoy en día se encuentran ante el reto de asumir y adaptar sus SGC a los nuevos estándares internacionales que se vislumbran con la nueva versión de la ISO 9001: 2015, representando este nuevo enfoque una inversión que deberán asumir para mantenerse vigente a largo plazo y en el camino de la certificación de sus SGC. Es por ello, que las organizaciones sin importar su tamaño o el sector en que se encuentran, deberán enfocarse en unificar y actualizar sus SGC encaminándolo a la nuevas directrices orientadas al riesgo, su importancia, identificación, evaluación y gestión.
La calidad resulta de la gestión adecuada de los riesgos, que van más allá del estricto ámbito del producto o del servicio proporcionado a nuestros clientes. La calidad solo puede existir si la organización puede suministrar a sus clientes un producto o un servicio conforme a largo plazo.
Por su parte, la revisión y actualización de la documentación, representa otro reto a asumir por las organizaciones, en la búsqueda de la simplificación y sustentación en las plataformas tecnológicas con la finalidad de minimizar el volumen de esta y dar mayor uso a las herramientas tecnológicas y las innumerables ventajas que esta proporcionan hoy en día .
Sin embargo, la eliminación de la exigencia de mantener actualizado el Manual de la Calidad, podría representar a las organizaciones certificadas o aquellas que van en búsqueda de la certificación, un desafío a futuro, debido a la cultura arraigada de la calidad en dichas organizaciones, los paradigma existente en los trabajadores y la renuencia al cambio.
Por último, esta versión de la Norma ISO 9001 abarca una serie de cambios enfocados no solo a lo interno de la organización sino también hacia el contexto circundante de la organización (partes interesadas) y al liderazgo, involucrando a la organización en forma activa con todos y cada uno de ellos (Figura 2 mostrada al inicio de la publicación ).
Possible challenges and challenges for organizations to take on ISO 9001: 2015
Organizations today are facing the challenge of assuming and adapting their QMS to the new international standards that are envisioned with the new version of ISO 9001: 2015, representing this new approach an investment that must be assumed to remain effective in the long term and in the way of the certification of their SGC. It is for this reason that organizations, regardless of their size or the sector in which they are located, should focus on unifying and updating their QMS, directing it to the new risk-oriented guidelines, their importance, identification, evaluation and management.
Quality results from the adequate management of risks, which go beyond the strict scope of the product or the service provided to our customers. Quality can only exist if the organization can provide its customers with a long-term product or service.
On the other hand, the revision and updating of the documentation, represents another challenge to be assumed by the organizations, in the search of the simplification and sustentation in the technological platforms with the purpose of minimizing the volume of this and giving greater use to the technological tools and the innumerable advantages that they provide today.
However, the elimination of the requirement to keep the Quality Manual up-to-date, could represent certified organizations or those that are in search of certification, a challenge for the future, due to the deep-rooted culture of quality in said organizations, the existing paradigm in the workers and the reluctance to change.
Finally, this version of the ISO 9001 Standard covers a series of changes focused not only on the internal aspects of the organization but also on the surrounding context of the organization (stakeholders) and leadership, involving the organization actively with all and each of them (Figure 2 shown at the beginning of the publication).

La Gestión de la Calidad y las Normas ISO que rige en los procesos tecnológicos, a pesar que son revisados cada 5 años para su adaptación, requiere de la actualización de equipos y preparación del personal especializado para obtener el máximo beneficio de las normas estandarizadas.
