Circulación extracorporea
Es una técnica utilizada para suplir las funciones del corazón y de los pulmones, se utiliza en cirugías cardíacas de alto nivel de complejidad como los trasplantes de corazón en la cual el corazón deja de latir y utilizan una máquina que funge como bomba en la perfusión sanguínea, ayudando a oxigenar la sangre y regresarla de nuevo a todo el cuerpo.
