Galletitas de avena y coco
Llueve hace tres días y hacer galletas siempre es un buen plan. Aquí les dejo una receta rápida y muy rica para la merienda o desayuno.
ingredientes
1 huevo
1cdta de vainilla
1 pizca de sal
2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
1/3 tazas de azúcar rubio
1/2 taza de avena laminada
1/2 taza de coco rallado
3/4 tazas de harina
1/4 taza de aceite de maíz o arroz
1/4 taza leche
Mezcla huevo, azúcar, vainilla, sal y luego añadir el resto de ingredientes.
Formar una pasta y con una cuchara poner en asadera aceitada separadas la mezcla.
Hornear a fuego medio y dar vuelta. En 15 minutos aproximadamente están listas.
