This was all I could think of! haha
In my opinion, to see "the other side", you just need to put the bull on his back, still facing right.
That can be done moving 1 or 2 sticks:
Moving two sticks:
You now have the legs on top and the tail and horn on the bottom: the bull is on his back, hence you see the "other side".
That's quite clever! However the "true" solution has been found by @sevinwilson :) Bonus point for creativity though!
