Ante los problemas de delincuencia y corrupción en todos los niveles habidos y por haber, donde el ciudadano jode al otro por tener unos "soberanos" adicionales en su cuenta. ¿Cuanto tiempo tomara hacer un cambio cultural de esa índole? ¿2...3 generaciones?.
