Ingredientes:
1 litro de agua .
1/2 cucharada de curcuma .
1/2 cucharada de jengibre rayado
1/2 cucharada de pimienta negra .
3 cucharadas de canela en polvo o tres palitos de canela .
Método de preparacion :ponga a hervir durante 20 minutos .
Ponga a enfriar
Pasar por el colador .
Tomar diariamente en ayunas .ese litro lo puedes repartir en varias tomas durante el día .
Esta formula a parte de que te ayudara a adelgazar también sirve para mejorar la digestión ,aumentar el metabolismo y fortalecer el sistema inmunológico .
Podrás notar cambio a partir de la primer semana, si ademas agregas a tu dieta mas verduras .
