Chocolate con leche o para fundir ,solo representa un 30 o 35 % de cacao es muy usado en reposteria .

Chocolate blanco
Se elabora con la,manteca del cacao ,azucar y leche .a veces se sustituye la manteca de cacao y se usan grasas vegetales .

Chocolate en polvo :
Se le extrae el 50 % de la manteca al cacao y le añaden potasa para que se disuelva con mucha facilidad en agua o leche sin necesidad de usar licuadora o batidora .
Chocolate negro
Su componente principal es el cacao al menos se usa el 70 % del cacao ,es bajo en azucar e inclusive le mezclan endulzantes aptos para diabeticos .

Chocolate en pasta para preparar bebidas .
Realizan una masa de cacao con almidon o harina de maiz para que la pasta rinda .colorantes estabilizantes y le adicionan sabores a vainilla ,canela ,clavos ,pimienta trazas de mani o almendras .
