todos lo amamos por su gran sabor ; pero tiene ciertos componentes que en exceso serán perjudiciales para la salud .
El chocolate deberá ser consumido con moderación ,no se recomienda consumir mas de 15 gramos al dia ,o mas de 60 gramos por semana .

Grasas azúcares
Vitaminas y minerales
Serotonina .
Antioxidantes
Flavonoides
Teobromicina
Tiramina
Fenilhefrina
Cafeína .
Beneficios y desventajas de estos componentes
Beneficios :
Vitaminas y minerales : fortalecen tu corazón ,especialmente el magnesio .
Serotonina : mejora estado de animo .
Antioxidantes : conservas tu piel mas joven .
Flavonoides : disminuye síntomas de menopausia .
Teobromicina :calma la tos ,relaja los músculos .
Desventajas :
Por su alto contenido en grasas y azúcar es un alimento hiper calórico .
Por lo tanto el primer problema de consumirlo en exceso seria la OBESIDAD .
Se recomienda consumir el chocolate negro por ser mas bajo en azucar .
Tiramina : aumenta flujo sanguineo da dolor de cabeza .
Fenilhefrina: ansiedad ,nauseas .
Cafeína : insomnio
