Torta de calabaza y espinaca
Nosotros para cuidarnos debemos de aprender a alimentarnos bien, quizás cuando oyes en una receta "calabaza" o "espinacas" no te suene tan atractivo, cuando la verdad es que es muy delicioso, solo hay que agarrarle el gusto.

Necesitarás para esta receta:
-600g de calabaza en trozos
-100g de hojas de espinacas
-250g de patatas cortadas
-70g de queso cheddar rallado
-7 huevos
-100g de cebolla morada en rodajas
Primero que nada debes de cocinar la calabaza unos 5 minutos y la patata 4 minutos en el microondas o hasta que esten blanditas.
Mezcla la calabaza con la patata y le agregas la espinaca, huevos y queso.
Colocas la mezcla en la bandeja, para después colocar la cebolla encima.
Hornear por 30 minutos a (240°-250°c) en una bandeja previamente engrasada, cubierta con papel para hornear.
