Responsables de la estafa piramidal Winandway arrestados
Este martes fueron detenidos en el asentamiento Belén, de Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, el paraguayo Darío Rafael Villalba Ayala y Deybu Roibert Llerena Molina, de Venezuela, que ahora podrian enfrentar condenas de hasta 3 años de carcel.
Según la circular de la Comisión Nacional de Valores(CNV) de Paraguay. Los detenidos aseguraban vender“bonos o paquetes de inversión mediante la producción de bitcoin”.
Las detensiones se llevaron a cabo tras el allanamiento de las casasde los mismos por parte de los agentes de Investigación de Delitos Económicos de Paraguay luego de recibir denuncias en la CNV donde se indicaba que Winandway no cuenta con permisos para realizar ofertas de valores en el territorio paraguayo
Es importante tener en cuenta que segun la ley Paraguaya no solo seran los responsables, sino a todos los vinculados con la firma que hayan hecho ofertas públicas o que actuaran como intermediarios, promotores o reclutadores.
