Algunos consejos básicos para novatos. / Some basic tips for beginners.

Buenos días mi gente. Hoy les vengo a traer un par de consejos de cosas que he aprendido por las malas acá en steemit y que de seguro les ayudará a subir de nivel en su estrategia, y si no tienen una, seguro que esto les servirá para montar una a partir de ahora. Vamos al lío:

Deben de considerar varias cosas antes de hacer sus UPVOTES y seguir a usuarios. Ustedes tiene algo que se llama: "Poder de Voto" y el mismo determina el valor que recibirá el usuario al que voten. (Pueden ver su Poder de Voto desde steem.cool,

Si su poder de voto actual es del 100% pueden estar seguros que la persona votada recibirá el 100% de ganancia de su Steem Power, el valor de su voto actual. Eso quiere decir que, si su voto vale 2 centavos de dólar, el votado recibirá esos 2 centavos si estás al 100% pero el poder de voto no es ilimitado. Con conforme votas ese poder disminuye en valor y, un poder considerable del 80% hacia arriba, se logra solo en los primeros 10 votos diario, luego de eso tu poder de voto baja tanto que, si votas, la ganancia para el votado será de fracciones de céntimo por lo que no significará nada.

Otra cosa que baja tu poder de voto es seguir a usuarios. Por lo tanto no te desboques a seguir a todo el que te comenta y pide que le sigas. De igual modo al votar los comentarios. No te digo que no votes, dejes de seguir usuarios o que no votes buenos comentarios, solo te digo que cuides tu poder de voto y no corras en un frenesí innecesario. Elige una o dos personas para seguir por día, lleva la cuenta de tus votos del día y que no superen los 10 votos y si estás bajo de poder de voto ten paciencia y sé agradecido. Lee y comenta las publicaciones de otros usuarios y eso te ayudará a subir tu poder de voto. No será inmediato pero te ayudará a subir. Acá en steemit todo está intrínsecamente relacionado y, todo lo que hacemos, repercute en una cosa u otra. Un voto tuyo puede ayudar mucho a un usuario y puede ayudarte mucho a ti también y generar más ganancias pero, dependiendo de tus acciones desenfrenadas, puedes ver disminuido tu ascenso.

Cuida tus votos, comenta, sigue usuarios con inteligencia y elige con cuidado para que los beneficios sean mutuos.

If your current voting power is 100% you can be sure that the person voted will receive the 100% profit of your Steem Power, the value of your current vote. That means that if your vote is worth 2 cents, the voted will receive those 2 cents if you are 100% but the voting power is not unlimited. With that vote, that power decreases in value and, a considerable power of 80% upwards, is achieved only in the first 10 votes daily, after that your voting power goes down so much that, if you vote, the win for the vote will be Fractions of centime so it will mean nothing.

Another thing that lowers your voting power is to follow users. Therefore, do not flee to follow everyone who comments and asks you to follow. Likewise when voting the comments.
