Sugar-free brownies

People who cannot eat sugar do not have to stop enjoying these cakes because there are ingredients that can easily be substituted.

INGREDIENTES

200 g unsweetened chocolate

3 eggs L

150 g birch sugar

135 g unsalted butter

100 gr. ground walnuts

1 tablespoon liquid vanilla

200 gr. flour

PREPARACIÓN
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. 24x34 cm rectangular mould. Covered with vegetable or aluminium foil, buttered.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave at short intervals. Add the butter and mix until everything melts well.

In a bowl put the flour and sift, add the nuts, mix.

In another bowl put the eggs, beat and add the birch sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in the chocolate and butter, mix. Add flour and nuts, mix well. Pour into the pan, smooth and bake for about 20 minutes.

Leave to cool on a rack.

Unmould and cut into pieces of the desired size.

Eating too much sugar by men affects the testosterone which also inhibit the complete function of the testosterone resulting in low libido. Eating a lot of sugar can also result in back pain.

In summary, let's eat healthy to ensure a healthy living. sugar is tempting because it is sweet but we can make supplements like using natural honey or reduce its consumption.
