Desde un tiempo para acá me he dedicado a la pesca, y no solo es ir a pesar, sino tener los materiales para poder realizar este trabajo como lo son:los anzuelos,el naylon y sobre todo la pieza importante la carnal! que atraera a los peces para poder atraparlos.
Aqui en la isla básicamente utilizamos de carnal la sardina que es un tipo de pescado muy espinoso y cuando llega el tiempo de ellas las hay por todos lados, aquí la comen mucho por que es el pescado mas económico que se puede encontrar, y lo regalan en la orilla de la playa,este pescadi tienes muchas maneras de preparar: asadas,fritas,fileteadas,seviche,las cocinan en olla de presión para aflojar sus espinas y comerla al igual que sardina enlatadas. en fin le han dado mucha opciones en la comida a este pescado a pesar de tener muchas espinas..

Particularmente yo las usos para carnal y a veces la comemos en filetes fritas.
Yo la saco en filetes y luego pico cuadros de tamaño moderados para poder poner en el anzuelo que lanzare al mar.

Aquí nos encontramos mi tío un amigo y yo sacando los filetes de sardinas para hacer nuestra carnal finalmente le ponemos la sal para que se conserve.
