arepitas dulces
ingredientes
harina de maiz, agua, anís dulce, azúcar, Canela molida ( opcional, Aceite (para freír)
preparación:
En un tasa colocar la harina, la azúcar, el anís dulce, y el agua. Amasar hasta obtener la masa.
Hacer la forma redonda de las arepas.
Luego colocarle aceite al sartén y colocar a freír las arepas, por los dos lados. Hasta que esten bien fritas.
Después que las arepas estén fritas, servir y comer el bocadillo.

Que ricas son las arepas dulces, me gusta mucho el sabor a anis dulce, si las acompañas con queso blanco o amarillo son muy apetitosas.
