Hola compañeros hoy les voy ha hablar de (Râmnicu Vâlcea) bautizada como Hackerville , localidad Rumana de menos de 100.000 habitantes, a 2 horas de la capital Bucarest.

Donde viven muchos jóvenes rumanos con conocimientos de informática atraídos por las perspectivas de ganar dinero fácil.
Su especialidad: las estafas online y de tarjetas de crédito. Black Hat Hackers, scammers, y ciberdelincuentes...

Según la policia, desde esta ciudad han sido robados miles de millones de dólares a internautas de todo el mundo, siendo el 80% de sus víctimas estadounidenses.

Un gran 'negocio' en auge que ha alimentado el desarrollo de la ciudad.
