Torta de coco - Receta
Buenas Steemians. El día de hoy compartiré una vez más un exquisito y sencillo postre, para compartir con sus seres queridos en la merienda o un momento especial.
Ingredientes:
125 grs de harina todo uso.
150 grs de mantequilla.
100 grs de azúcar.
2 huevos.
4 cdas leche.
*100 grs de coco rallado.
Procedimiento:
Enmantequillar y enharinar un molde de unos 20 cm.
Poner la harina en un bowl grande y añadir la mantequilla fría y trabajar con la batidora hasta conseguir una consistencia de pan rallado, añadir el azúcar, el coco, el huevo y la leche y mezclar hasta que este suave.
Verter la mezcla en el molde y con una espátula igualar la superficie, hornear en el horno pre-calentado a 180 ℃, por unos 30 minutos, sacarlo y espolvorear algo de coco rallado.
Hornea nuevamente por unos 15 o 20 minutos más. No desmoldar enseguida, dejar enfriar un poco.
Finalmente disfrutar de un exquisito postre.
