Microwave brownies / brownies en microondas

Ingredients

250 grs chocolate
150 grs of flour
200 grs of powdered sugar
3 eggs
100 g of melted butter
1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION

STAGE 1
Break the chocolate in a bowl to the water bath. Melt the chocolate 2 minutes, then add the butter and put 30 sec.

STEP 2
Add eggs, sugar, flour and salt. Mix.

STEP 3
Pour into a square glass mold and cook for 3 minutes in the microwave Maxima power.

STEP 4
Leave to rest 3 minutes, repeat the cooking 3 minutes more, then leave to rest again.

STEP 5
Cut into pieces and serve!

200 grs de azúcar en polvo
3 huevos
100 g de mantequilla derretida
1 pizca de sal

PREPARACIÓN

ETAPA 1
Romper el chocolate en un tazón al baño maria. Derretir el chocolate 2 minutos, luego añadir la mantequilla y poner 30 seg.

PASO 2
Añadir los huevos, el azúcar, la harina y la sal. Mezclar.

PASO 3
Verter en un molde cuadrado de vidrio y cocinar 3 minutos en el microondas Maxima potencia.

PASO 4
Dejar reposar 3 minutos, repetir la coccion 3 minutos mas, luego dejar reposar de nuevo.

PASO 5
Cortar en trozos y servir!
