"Golden Dragon" A Memorable Chinese New Year's Meal at

@ezzy and I had celebrated Chinese New Year in a Chinese restaurant called “Golden Dragon”, which is located on the ground floor of the popular "Bang Bang Oriental Food court".

I found the restaurant to be quite modern and spacious. In particularly, their huge gleaming windows either side that help bring in loads of natural light from outside. The place offers a full range of delicious Chinese meals including dim sum and hot pot feasts.

As we arrived there during mid-afternoon time, we ordered a selection of tasty meals as well as dim sum, haha!

For starters, we had Aromatic Duck Pancake(香酥鸭). You can't really go wrong with that! The crispy duck skin and succulent meat were so incredibly juicy, one of @ezzy’s all time favourite Chinese dishes, lol.

This was followed by two plates of Honey Roast Pork（蜜汁叉烧） and Chicken Fried Rice（鸡丝炒饭）, which are our regular dishes. This slow roasted honey glazed pork dish is a big hit in my family and I've loved it ever since. The food did not disappoint, was fresh and cooked to perfection. The waitress was so kind she ordered the kitchen specially to pick out the roast pork pieces that I liked the best, with half lean meat and half fat!

We also had the Taro Croquette with Pork & Prawns (蜂巢荔芋角), which is also one of my favourite dim sum treats! It was crispy and fluffy on the outside and soft mashed taro with pork and prawn savory filling, absolutely delightful! If you have never tried this, I would highly recommend you try it.

And last, but not the least there was heart shape mango pudding, being just the right amount of sweetness to finish up our Chinese New Year meal!

My experience at the "Golden Dragon" restaurant was amazing, with some truly excellent dishes and dim sum and great service too. I would mostly definitely go back to visit again soon!
