COCINA SALUDABLE - ENSALADA CAPRESE

- Tiempo de Preparación: 10 minutos

- Calorías: 210 calorías por porción
- Rendimiento: 4 Personas
"El queso mozzarella se guarda en agua para que no se seque"
Ingredientes:
- 4 tomates grandes, firmes y limpios.
- 200 gr. de queso mozzarella.
- sal y pimienta recién molida.
- 8 - 10 hojas de albahaca picada
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- Ramas de albahaca para decorar.
Preparación:
- Sobre una tabla de cocinar cortamos los tomates en rodajas gruesas y reservamos.
- Cortamos la misma cantidad de rodajas de queso mozzarela.
En el plato de servir alternamos las rodajas de tomate con las del queso. sazonamos con la sal y la pimienta recién molida. Espolvoreamos la albahaca picada y rociamos con el aceite de oliva.
