Saludos nuevamente.
Quiero presentarles a partir de ahora una serie de vídeos con recetas de mi autoría.
Esta vez les presento una receta realmente rica. Se trata de Medallones de Sepia en crema de almejas y cúrcuma, con unas pinceladas de salsa de remolacha y fresas. Espero que sea de su total agrado.
