La ceiba, mi templo.

En esta foto podemos divisar mi área de entrenamiento, aquí es donde vuelvo mi cuerpo una máquina, teniendo un total control de mi peso. En este sitio practico Calistenia (Street WorkOut), una de mis pasiones. De lunes a viernes de 4:30 a 7 entreno, a veces puedo durar menos, eso pasa cuando estoy con más ánimos de entrenar y voy a full. Había dejado de entrenar un tiempo, porque me desmotiva el hecho de que se hayan roto o hurtado algunas máquinas y la alcaldía ni pendiente de hacerle mantenimiento. En fin, luego haré una publicación explicando de qué trata el deporte y subiré una foto haciendo algún truco.
Aquí, podemos divisar el área para dirigirse hacia la zona de las taquillas.
¡Epa se ve fino hermano!.
Para tomar la foto, tuve que meterme entre unas barreras, porque no se puede pasar jajajá. Pero pues nada, la tecnología es bella y los celulares cómodos para pasarlos entre obstáculos que impidan ver.
