Elaboración del ponche de huevo
Bebida típica que posee un alto valor nutritivo realizada durante las celebraciones de San Juan y fiestas particulares. Ingredientes 12 huevos 3 litros de leche 1pizca de canela Nuez moscada, ½ taza de harina de maíz tostada (maicena) Azúcar al gusto. Preparación La elaboración se inicia colocando todos los huevos dentro de un recipiente batiéndolos constantemente con una paleta de palo o molinillo, hasta que el centro mantenga la consistencia. Cuando la mezcla no se vaya a los lados, en otro recipiente se agregan la leche, canela, nuez moscada y azúcar al gusto. En una olla a fuego lento se cocina esa mezcla con el maíz tostado, una vez lista se añaden los huevos batidos y puede servir el ponche caliente.
