Medallones con mantequilla de hierbas / Medallions with herb butter

Aquí la nueva receta del día para un buen almuerzo el día de hoy

Ingredientes:

  • 6 o 7 medallones de lomito o ganso (1kilo)
  • 1 diente de ajo machacado
  • 1 limon
  • 4 o 5 cucharadas de hierbas francesas
  • 2 cucharadas de salsa inglesa
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite
  • 1/4 de cucharadita de pimienta
  • 200 gramos de mantequilla con sal

Preparación:

  1. Mezcla la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente, el jugo de limón y las hierbas francesas en un recipiente. Bata hasta obtener una pasta homogénea y refrigere por 10 minutos para que endurezca un poquito.
  2. Coloque esta mezcla sobre papel film y enrolle en forma de cilindro. Refrigere por unas 3 horas o hasta que endurezca.
  3. Adobe los medallones con el aceite, la salsa inglesa, los ajos machacados, la sal y la pimienta.
  4. Dore los medallones por ambos lados en una plancha bien caliente. Al momento de servir saque la mantequilla del refrigerador, córtela en rueditas y coloque una sobre cada medallon.

preparation:

  1. Mix butter at room temperature, lemon juice and French herbs in a bowl. Beat until a homogeneous paste and refrigerate for 10 minutes to harden a little.
  2. Place this mixture on plastic wrap and roll it into a cylinder. Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until it hardens.
  3. Beat the medallions with the oil, the English sauce, the crushed garlic, the salt and the pepper.
  4. Brown the medallions on both sides on a hot plate. At the time of serving, remove the butter from the refrigerator, cut it into small wheels and place one on each medallion.
