Curiosities about dog food.- Curiosidades sobre la alimentación canina.

 

Hello friends of steemit, I'm going to talk about some intrigues related to the food of our dog.  

As I, other owners have asked ourselves and many times we have affirmed, that our pet is bored of eating always the same, since, we put ourselves in their skin and we could not imagine that every day we have to eat the same food and taste the same flavor all your life. 

 

Hola amigos de steemit, les voy hablar de algunas intrigas relacionadas a la comida de nuestro perro.  

Así como yo, otros propietarios nos hemos preguntado y muchas veces lo hemos afirmado, que nuestra mascota se aburre de comer siempre lo mismo, ya que, nos ponemos en su piel y no podríamos imaginar que todos los días tengamos que comer el mismo alimento y degustar el mismo sabor toda la vida. 

 This thought has led us to prepare stews with meat and rice, or give part of our food. But what we do not know is that this action on our part can lead our best friend to suffer a problem of obesity and nutritional deficiencies very important. 

Dogs do not get tired of the menu, they do not eat for the sake of the flavors, they feed because they are hungry and need to satisfy that need. If it is still difficult for us to understand this, we can give them certain food prizes for dogs, but we must administer them in moderation.

Los perros no se cansan del menú, ellos no comen por el placer de los sabores, ellos se alimentan porque tienen hambre y necesitan satisfacer esa necesidad. Si aún se nos es difícil comprender esto, podemos darles determinados premios alimenticios para perros, pero debemos administrarlos con moderación.

Aunque hemos crecido con la imagen del perro ligado íntimamente al hueso, y lo tomemos como algo cierto, la realidad es que al perro no le gusta los huesos, lo que le gusta es la carne que lo rodea, pero si e los das, se lo comerán. Así que cuidemos la salud de nuestra mascota y no suministremos huesos, ya que no queremos terminar en la mesa del quirófano para hacerle la extracción del objeto. 

Una vez escuche de una amiga, que a su perro le faltaban vitaminas porque se comía sus heces, por mi cabeza solo pasaban preguntas de cómo ella había llegado a esa conclusión.

 Su respuesta fue que otras personas que les había sucedido lo mismo con su perro, se lo habían comentado. Pero la realidad es que eso no es cierto, la mayoría de los perros que ingieren sus heces son cachorros, y no, no es falta de vitaminas, se trata de un comportamiento exploratorio normal, esto unido a demasiado tiempo solo, falta de motivación y sin ningún ejercicio, hace que terminen fijándose en cualquier cosa de su entorno, incluyendo sus excrementos. Si esto le está pasando a tu cachorro o perro adulto, lo que tenemos que hacer para que desaparezca el problema es dedicarle un poco más de atención y juegos, y te aseguro que ya no pondrá su atención sobre sus heces.
