Trapiches centenarios
El azúcar fue un rubro importante en la economía de los siglos XIX y XX, para diversos países del Caribe y Sur América, entre otras latitudes.
Los trapiches e ingenios azúcareros de las islas del Caribe sostuvieron y endulzaron el té de sus majestades hasta que era más caro su compra allí que en otros mercados. Fue el momento determinante para darles la independencia que siempre quisieron pero capaz sin mucho éxito buscaron.
En Venezuela hemos intentado reactivar este rubro pero nuestros desviaciones económicas no ha permitido autoabastecernos y conseguir a mano este producto con seguidores y detractores.
