A reat Leader Maickel Melamed

Hello everyone this is my first publication and for that I would like to share a history of motivation and cheer up of a great Venezuelan athlete who represents an example to follow for many. In the life we allways want to be someone important, for that life puts us a lot of obstacles on the way that we must overcome and create alternatives that ecourage us to achieve that dream goal. A leader is the person who motivates us to reach our goals, because all in the life Involves performing a great effort that in the future will be rewarded, at a personal level and sometime at an economic level.

Maickel Melamed was born in Caracas, on april 27 1975, is a venezuelan economist, motivational speaker, lecturer, long distance runner, philosophy professor, psychotherapist, besides is co-founder of high performance enterprise (DAR, the acronym in Spanish).

He has also performed parasailing jumps, skydiving, diving, mountaineering and athletics. Is a leader with a noble heart that despite having a motor disability has achieved goals in his personal life that are admirable, one of them was the marathon held in Boston on 2015 which lasted approximately more than 20 hours. The effort and dedication he gave to that marathon left us as lesson to see a great leader fighting for our country and to be the representative that will carry our national flag.
It gives us great pride that this leader give us his experience a person who did not give up his dreams at any time and that and see how he never gave up but was persevering in achieving that goal. Likewise, achievement on a personal level is great leaving us to always thought of moving forward.

Many of us think that people who have a disability will not be able to do what a healthy person, but everything in life is possible, Maickel Melamed is undoubtedly an example of effort and personal dedication as few.
