El INICIO DE VIDA DE EJERCICIO CALISTENICO
RECUERDO!
A partir de ese momento me comenzó a gustar hacer ejercicio con mi propio cuerpo (Calistenia)
Y solo queria compartir esto por que me alegra que ya ha pasado 3 años y aun sigo con la misma energía y alegría con el cual inicie.
Saludos, me gustaría poder tener esa disciplina y crear una rutina de ejercicios diarios para vender el sedentarismo me alegro que lo hallas logrado.
