Deliciosa salsa bechamel
Saludos comunidad steemit para hoy volviendo al ámbito de la cocina.
Para hoy la preparación de una de las salsas madres, la salsa bechamel
Necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes y materiales
Ingredientes
- 1/2 Litro de leche
- 60 gr de harina de trigo (que es 1/2 taza)
- 3 cucharadas de mantequilla
- 1/4 de cucharadita de nuez moscada
- 5gr de pimienta
Materiales
- Una olla o sarten
- Un batidor de mano
Procedimiento
1.- Colocamos en la olla o sarten la leche.
2.- Calentamos la leche con la harina al mismo instante seguimos vertiendo la mantequilla, la nuez toscada y la pimienta.
3.-Con el batidor de mano vamos ir mezclando mientras se esta calentando la mezcla
4.-Ahora seguimos mezclando a fuego bajo para que no se pegue en el fondo ni se hagan grumos hasta que espese.
5.-Esperamos unos pocos minutos ya tendrá la consistencia cremosa, sin ningún grumo a la vista y ya puedes usarla para cualquiera de tus recetas
Aqui lo que quedo de la salsa bechamel, fue acompañante de las carnes de hamburguesas
