CARACOLES DELICIOSOS BOCADITOS
Deliciosos bocadillos que puedes degustar con la familia.
Estos caracoles pueden ser acompañados de un delicioso café negro. Muy bueno para brindar a invitados .
Ingredientes
–200 gr. de caracoles de borgoña
– 400 gr. masa de hojaldre congelada
– 150 gr. de mantequilla
– 4 dientes de ajo
– 1 escalonia
– 4 especias
– 1 huevo para dorar
– 2 cucharadas rasas de perejil picado
– 1 cucharada sopera de pan blanco rallado reciente
– Sal y pimienta
